Our Clergy: Faithful Shepherds of the Flock
The clergy of the Anglican Vicariate are dedicated servants of Christ, led by Bishop Joseph Boyd under the synodical oversight of Presiding Metropolitan ++Rogelio of Manila and Luzon. Our bishops, priests, and deacons are rigorously vetted to ensure canonical validity, purity of life, and fidelity to the Orthodox Faith and Anglican Patrimony. Our synod includes Bishops Gregory (Bangkok & Great Britain), Jamil (Chicago), Paul (Singapore), Aries (Manila), Philip (Raleigh), and Joseph (Loveland & East Asia), all regularized in Ukrainian Orthodox orders to preserve an unquestionably valid apostolic succession.

Clergy Formation
Candidates undergo extensive training through the St. Charles Institute, requiring a Master’s in Divinity or equivalent and discernment under a Spiritual Father. Clergy are trained in the Liturgy of Saint James, adapted Book of Common Prayer forms, and Orthodox theology, rejecting heresies like the Filioque and Papal Infallibility. We exclude those with uncanonical orders (e.g., Reformed Anglicanism, Vilatte, or Herford lineages) or moral irregularities, ensuring pastoral integrity.

Our Commitment
Our clergy shepherd with love, not tyranny, fostering parishes that uphold the Seven Ecumenical Councils and resist secular ideologies like feminism and cultural Marxism. They lead vibrant liturgies and serve as guardians of the English Parochial Inheritance. Contact BpJoseph@theVicariate.com to learn more or explore a vocation.
